Luxury Vinyl Plank Installation

Luxury vinyl plank, or LVP, has become the family-friendly favorite. It is waterproof, tough against pets and kids, quiet underfoot and available in convincing wood looks and wide planks.

We install LVP across Nashville and Middle Tennessee over wood and concrete, floating or glued down depending on the product. Good prep is what makes LVP look great and last, so we flatten the subfloor, check moisture and plan layouts that avoid thin cuts at walls.

FAQ

Common questions about luxury vinyl plank

Is LVP really waterproof?

The planks are, but water can still get beneath at seams in a flood. We use proper installation and edge details.

Can LVP go over existing floors?

Sometimes, if they are flat and sound. We check and prep.

Is LVP as good as hardwood?

It is more water- and scratch-resistant, but cannot be refinished like hardwood.
